Stephanie Hanson, Owner

My name is Stephanie Hanson, and I am the owner of Dynamic Fitness. I fell in love with group fitness when I started attending classes at Dynamic Fitness over 7 years ago. I began teaching Zumba at DF over 5 years ago, and since then I have added Yoga, Barre, PiYo, Bootcamp/Cardio Circuit, Cycling and Strength to my classes. I have earned my 200 RYT Yoga certification, and hold my Group Exercise, Zumba, PiYo, Barre and Cycling certifications. I am a member of Yoga Alliance, a Pro-Team Member, and a ZIN member. My husband Chad and I have 3 kids, Carter, Sophia and Colby. We have lived in Owatonna since 2002. I love helping people work towards their goals and having fun during the process. My goal for Dynamic Fitness is to make fitness fun for everyone!

My husband and I recently moved back to Owatonna after living in Fargo, ND for four years. We have a daughter named Brielle. I enjoy the outdoors, tennis, volleyball, music, dancing, and the summer time.

Carol Belmore

My name is Carol Belmore. I have been coming to DF for years because I love Zumba, and when the opportunity to teach Zumba presented itself I was all for it! I work at Owatonna Middle School as the school social worker. My husband Doug and I live in Owatonna. I love being a grandma to my 7 grandchildren.

Joan Dotson

My name is Joan Dotson. I live in Owatonna with my 2 active boys and husband Nathan. I have always been into fitness. I started coming to Dynamic Fitness about 3 years ago. I love how the people at Dynamic Fitness quickly become your workout family. I have met many new friends and look forward to workouts with them each week. I started subbing boxing (which I love) and am teaching Body Blast. I also love to run. I enjoy creating new workouts each week to keep it new and exciting. I believe fitness should be fun and challenging.

Melissa Peterson

I’m Melissa (Oberle) Peterson. I’ve lived in Owatonna for the past 10 years. Also, I am a native to Owatonna. Exercise & health have always been a huge part of my life starting in high school as a 3 sport athlete. I am married to Michael Peterson, a Chiropractor and owner of Balanced Healthcare Centers. We have two boys that keep us very busy with multiple sports every season. My boys call me “the food freak” on a regular basis. In the past I taught a cardio & weight training class. Currently you’ll mostly see me subbing for Zumba and Barre, but PIYO is on my list. I am also a HUGE Yoga fan, it’s so good for your mind,          body and soul!

Molly Titchenal

My name is Molly Titchenal and I have been teaching fitness classes since 2010. I have my personal training certification and am certified in Spin, Piyo and hold my 200 RYT (yoga training). I often get asked what my favorite class is to teach and my response is always that there isn't a particular format I like best but the energy of the class that makes it great! I a mom to two boys, William (18) and Jack (16) and have been married to my husband Eric since 1998. I also enjoy running, reading and traveling.

Linde Wolff

My name is Linde Wolff. I live south of Owatonna with my husband Scott and 2 daughters, Emma and Annabelle. I enjoy sports and spend the majority of my spare time watching my daughters’ teams or playing volleyball and softball. I have been a fitness instructor at Dynamic Fitness since 2011 teaching Zumba, Cardio Boxing, and Turbo Kick. Before I was an instructor I was a member, attending my first fitness class at the original studio! My favorite thing about being an instructor is the people. I have a lot of friends that I have met at Dynamic Fitness and really love the feeling of community that the studio offers.

Andrea McGregor

My name is Andrea McGregor. I was well into my 30’s when I reluctantly joined my first fitness class – just barely making through the warm-up, it was the encouragement I received that kept me going. Through this group, I found my passion in fitness and helping others realize their own potential! I currently teach Pure Power.

Nina Huntington

My name is Nina Huntington (pronounced 9-ah)! I am what you would consider a “townie” having grown up in Owatonna and moved back. I have been an instructor at Dynamic Fitness forever, well really just since it was started. I am not sure that I would have ever ventured into teaching fitness classes if Molly wasn’t my sister :) But I do love teaching and getting to know all of you! I have pretty much taught everything except yoga at one time or another, but am probably most “famous” for teaching Zumba and cycling. I am usually game for trying just about anything once, which probably explains how I learned to love yoga, and ended up accepting the challenge to run at least a mile a day for as many days as I can, shooting for 365... and I hate running. That is the great thing about Dynamic Fitness though, you can try new things and challenge yourself and always have others around to support you and cheer you on! I have degrees in Dental Hygiene and Public Affairs and keep busy with that, but love to travel in my free time. Making it to all 7 continents is on my bucket list, and I have 4 of them crossed off so far.

Jodi Sampson

My name is Jodi Sampson, and I came to yoga 10 years ago when my best friend and I were looking for something completely different than our current workout routine. I prefer practicing and teaching vinyasa style yoga. I am a chiropractor who practices functional medicine and integrates yoga postures and breathing within my practice. My husband Dan and I have 3 children: Sydney (17) Sam (15) and Lily (15).
